If you have a high tolerance you’re chillin but if it’s low like mine, I take half and it for sure is more useful to me if I want to really relax to the point of feeling sleepy. Even when I accidentally took more than I can handle which is a whole thing, I was still in a calm setting and wasn’t panicking but more so super chill playing games on my phone. According to the "purchase-amount slider" in my cart, I hit a "free product" threshold, but my free product was not included in the order I received.
