These are absolutely horrible tasting. They taste like Pine-Sol. I have a whole bottle of them and I'm not sure that I can a stomach to take them. These are so bad tasting that I decided to run right to the website to review them. I love the moon babies gummies but these are inedible. Just know you've been warned. I'll find out later if they help me sleep more than regular gummies.
