30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

- All orders placed on the GalaxyTreats.com website are qualified for a refund or product exchange within 30-days of placing the order.
- Exchanges can be made for any in-stock Galaxy Treats product of equal or lesser value. State restrictions may apply for certain products and states. View our State Legality page for additional information regarding the products that we are allowed to ship to your state.
- We do not handle refunds for purchases of Galaxy Treats products from any online or brick-and-mortar retailer. If you purchased a Galaxy Treats product from an independent retailer, you will need to request a refund directly from that retailer, which may or may not be accepted based on the refund policy outlined by that retailer.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or product exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team via email at [email protected] with the type of request (Refund or Exchange) and your order number listed in the subject line.
Please be sure to include detailed information about your situation, including any photos or videos of the product, within your request so that our Customer Support team can best handle your request.
Upon approval of a refund, we will process the refund within our system and you will receive a notification email shortly after. In most cases, it will take 3-5 days for the refund to become available in your cart.
Upon approval of a product exchange, our Customer Support Team will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the product you are exchanging, and once the product is received by our fulfillment center, we will then send out a new order with the requested product.
We reserve the right to offer service or sales to any person, entity, or organization for any reason whatsoever.
While these situations are far and few, we retain the right to deny any refund or product exchange for any reason. If a refund or product exchange request is denied, our Customer Support Team will provide you with a detailed reason.
