These help me relax after work or help me get to sleep. I’d say the feeling is a bit mild, but it’s a calming feeling. For me the dosage is around 2-3 gummies and expect 2-3 hours until they kick in. In that regard they are not cheap, but I think they are worth it. Will buy again for sure!
I have one before bed and have a really good night of sleep. The dreams are pretty vivid.

Honestly didn’t feel very much it says recommended amount is 1-2 on the sealed gummy pack but also I had like 5 the first day and 5 the second day they taste terrible of course that’s expected but when the flavor of the gummy is more potent than the high you get it’s not worth it
